WELDED REINFORCEMENT MESHES
Armako mainly produce 2 basic type of reinforcement meshes:
- R mesh - wires are crossed in the form of a rectangle and longitudinal wire is the supporting one
- Q mesh - wires are crossed in the form of a suare and both longitudinal and transversal wires are supporting one
At specific order of the customer we can also produce other types and special meshes.
Scope of welded reinforcement mesh is very broad: building construction (foundations, ealls, floors…), civil engineering (roads, bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, runways…). Reinforcement mesh is produced from ribbed cold rolled steel wire, diameter Ø4- Ø10. Length and width are standard 6000×2150 mm.
Armako welded reinforcement meshes are made of: armako ribbed colled steel wire MAG 500/560, diameter Ø4- Ø10 with the following mechanical properties:
Conventional yield strenght σi02 = 500 Mpa
Tensile strenght (breaking point) σim = 560 Mpa
Relative elongation minimum σ10 = 6 %
