Armako d.o.o. is a family-owned company headquartered in Prnjavor, founded in 1998. The company’s primary activity is the manufacture and sale of iron products intended for the construction industry.
Rebar mesh is our flagship product. In addition to standard Q and R mesh, we can also produce other custom meshes upon request.
We also provide fabrication services (cutting and bending) for reinforcing steel based on customer drawings, in the diameter range from Ø5 to Ø32 mm.
We manufacture rebar cages for piles in accordance with customer documentation, as well as fence panels, which are widely used for enclosing both industrial and residential / commercial properties.
We also offer the complete product range from ArcelorMittal: hot-rolled and cold-rolled, smooth and ribbed reinforcing steel — in coils and bars, in commercial dimensions from Ø5.5 to Ø32 — as well as lattice girders.
In addition to Bosnia and Herzegovina, we operate in the following markets: Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro, Austria and Slovenia. For all of these markets we have obtained certification of our products in accordance with the standards applicable in each country.
Our annual production capacity is 40,000 tonnes of rebar mesh and 20,000 tonnes of fabricated reinforcing steel.
In line with our policy of continuous business improvement and our plan to expand into regional markets, in 2004 we founded Armsteel d.o.o., headquartered in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Armsteel is our company in Novi Sad, primarily focused on the Serbian and Hungarian markets.
In 2018 our reinforcing-steel fabrication plant in Rumenka, near Novi Sad, became operational. During 2020 the rebar mesh production plant was also brought online. Production capacity at both plants will be broadly similar to that of the parent company, Armako.
